Puralloy® Grade C 40/58/2 is a leaded solder alloy incorporating lead, tin, and antinomy, with a melting range of between 183-231°C. Historically Grade C was the go to leaded alloy for most industrial and plumbing applications. This is due to its good pasty range, which allows for movement and re-alignment before returning to solid. Grade C includes 2% antinomy, if the inclusion of antinomy is not preferential the Grade G should be considered.
