Qualitek 355-35 is a no clean, water-based, halide-free flux designed for wave soldering, surface mount assembly and through-hole applications. 355-35 is formulated to remain active after the chip wave, eliminating the formation of solder balls. 355-35 is highly active flux with good through-hole performance.
