UltraWipe 70/30 IPA Wipes have been specially developed for the electronics assembly sector, suiting both critical manual cleaning when removing solder paste and uncured adhesive from screens, as well as under stencil automatic cleaning systems. It is also suited to applications involving lens and optic cleansing. Ultrawipe material is stable when saturated with all types of industrial solvents, acids, alkali, amines etc. and exhibits exceptional wet burst strength and stability when pre-saturated with cleaning solvent blends.
UltraWipes 70/30 are manufactured from two materials, Polyester and Rayon, which are then subsequently hydro-entangled creating a high strength, uniform material. This material is a premium quality fabric that offers the end user high absorbency, overall toughness, and abrasion resistance. The material is typically free from fibres and particulates often associated with wood pulp cellulose manufactured products. The UltraWipe material has been specified to have one side smooth and the other side with an embossed pattern to give an additional cleaning action when removing heavy soiling during wiping operations.
