BOFA’s 3D PrintPRO 4 Extraction System is a premium unit, designed to extract fumes & particulates generated by large format & high-performance 3D Printers.
The refreshed BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4 provides a premium fume extraction solution for high performing 3D printers. With a special blend of chemical adsorbents and high efficiency particulate filter (HEPA), the extractor delivers industry leading protection against the emissions from 3D printing processes. The BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4 is free standing and portable, allowing you to easily move it around the working area as required from printer to printer. The integrated speed control allows you to quickly adjust the PrintPRO 4’s performance to suit the 3D printer it is connected to.
All these features, combined with a high airflow rate make the BOFA 3D PrintPRO 4 a comprehensive and effective extraction solution for almost any large-scale 3D printing application, including fused filament fabrication, stereolithography, digital light processing and material jetting. Extractor is also ideal for applications including Medium to High Volume 3D Printing, Closed 3D Printers and for use within protyping and component printing. The BOFA PrintPRO 4 complies with HSE and COSHH requirements for controlling airborne contaminates in the workplace.
The upgraded unit has advanced multi-stage gas filtration, with a deeper carbon bed to filter a greater volume of fume, thereby extending filter life and facilitating safer, odourless printing for longer. This is complemented by a larger HEPA filter, enabling multiple 3D printers to be hooked up to a single BOFA unit, optimising investment in filtration technology to support atmosphere management and help prevent the build-up of particulate residue.
