MG Chemicals Grease for Electronics
MG Chemicals’ Electronic Greases are formulated to lubricate & insulate components from corrosion, preventing unit breakdowns.
Electronic Greases
MG Chemicals’ Greases and Lubricants are formulated to lubricate and insulate electronics components from corrosion caused by high humidity, accidental spills and high salt environments, preventing unit breakdowns.
Our comprehensive line of greases and lubricants is designed to address the many needs of the electronic components industry, and offers conductive greases to improve electrical and thermal conductivity, dielectric greases to protect against moisture, corrosion and arcing, thermal greases formulated to bond uneven surfaces and dissipate heat, and high performance lubricants. For advice on your application contact our Sales Office to speak to our technical team.
Conductive vs Dielectric
Dielectric grease is a hydrophobic paste that is electrically insulating, preventing moisture ingression as well as arcing and subsequent circuit failure. Alternatively Electrically Conductive Grease is an an easy way to repair damaged electrical connections and fill gaps in irregular surfaces.
Which one should you use within your application? In this Tech Talk, MG Chemicals compare the two types and discuss the different applications each grease is best suited for.
