MG Chemicals 8616 is a thermal compound with excellent thermal conductivity. This thermal conductive grease is designed to conform between irregular surfaces when compressed, reducing thermal resistance and improving heat flow.

This heat transfer grease is commonly applied to the interface between heat sinks and heat-generating components, such as LEDs, motors, CPUs, GPUs, and other power components.

For a silicone-based thermal paste with a higher service temperature, use 860A.

This product is supplied in 3ml Syringe, 25ml Jar, 85ml Tube, 483ml Jar and 3.78L Pail.
