BVX-250 FUME EXTRACTION SYSTEM

The BVX-250 is a portable, two-station filtration system for removing workplace fumes, smoke, dust, and vapours. With 99.97% efficiency HEPA 13 filtration, 30-second filter changes, and twice the suction power of previous models, the BVX-250 is an excellent extraction solution.

BVX-250 Series extractors are designed for fast & easy filter changes to keep your operation moving at full capacity. There is no need to remove hoses or dismantle your fume extractor to change filters. The pre-filter is housed in a simple-to-open tray on the top of the unit for easy access whilst the main filter is removed with a simple twist. In addition, the system features a removable 360° Rotating Air Diverter which can be adapted to maximise operator comfort or removed to connect into ventilation systems using 3” ducting (adaptor required).

The status of the BVX-250 unit is indicated on the large, easy-to-see LED Status Ring allowing operators to immediately identify if the unit is on, idle, or requires a filter change via three colour indicators. The BVX-250 can also communicate with Metcal CV and GT Soldering Systems via USB connections, allowing it to send filter status warnings to the systems as well as replicate their sleep status when idle, saving energy and maximising filter life.

The BVX-250 is supplied in two kit options dependent on the number of arms required for your application. The BVX-250-KIT contains 1 x BVX-ARML whilst the BVX-250-KIT2, designed for dual arm applications, contains 2 x ARML. BVX-ARML is a long reach 1.5M ESD safe extraction arm which offers great flexibility due to its semi-rigid construction. Although being twice the length as the standard arm it still has the same stay put properties and is easily repositioned around the work piece.

Complete with HEPA 13/Gas Main Filter, Pre-Filter, Remote Switch, 5′ BVX-ARML Arm, Rectangular Nozzle, Circular Nozzle, and two Nozzle Filters.
