EVERKLEEN 1005 PCB CLEANER & FLUX REMOVER

Qualitek Everkleen 1005 is a buffered saponifier designed for use as a PCB Cleaner & Flux Remover within the electronics industry.

Everkleen 1005 is, formulated to convert rosin into a water-soluble soap product, with a unique anti-foaming agent contained in the concentrate This agent minimizes foaming and reduces any drag out losses. This cleaner will not attack most plastics, anodized or aluminium surfaces; and will not remove ink markings on components. Cleanliness results using Everkleen 1005 exceeds the cleanliness requirement of MIL-P-28809. Everkleen 1005 can be used with in-line batch cleaners or ultrasonic baths.
