TSC Puralloy® SAC 0307 is a lead-free solder alloy, comprised of tin, silver & copper. TSC Puralloy® SAC 0307 alloys have been proven to perform well in wave, selective and hand soldering applications. SAC 0307 solder alloy is manufactured using a proprietary process which greatly reduces any dross inclusions and provides a highly pure, free flowing alloy which in turn reduces the risk of bridging and solder skips during wave and selective soldering.
This low cost, lead-free silver bearing alloy has a wetting performance inline to other common lead-free alloys in use today such as SAC305 alloy. As companies look to reduce expenses and with the fluctuating metal market, alternative lead-free alloys to SAC305, are being manufactured. TSC Puralloy® SAC 0307 incorporates a much lower silver content, proving to be more cost-efficient whist offering mechanical properties similar to SAC305, including excellent mechanical reliability, low thermal fatigue, excellent hole fill and comparable drainage around the solder joint, together with low dross formation on top of the solder baths.
