Screenclean 100 is a highly effective formulated blend of low flammability Propylene Glycol Ethers formulated for the fast, effective removal of Solder Paste and SMD attachment adhesives from Laser Cut Stencils, Squeegee blades and associated SMD tooling. Ideally suitable for both manual cleaning operations using lint free Norwipes or for filling the solvent reservoir on all commercially available solder paste printers using automatic under stencil cleaning systems. Screenclean 100 solvent has been designed to dry at normal ambient temperatures, leaving no visible residue.
Screenclean 100 is supplied ready for use and is used undiluted at normal ambient temperatures. It should not be heated. It will dissolve uncured paste and adhesive residues within seconds and requires only a small quantity to make the material ready for removal. In use, the stencil should be prepared for cleaning by removal of large residue deposits with a scraper or squeegee. A small quantity of Screenclean 100 is then sprayed over the Stencil. Residues can then be wiped away with a clean, dry, lint free wipe or cloth almost immediately. Dried on deposits should be sprayed and allowed to soften for a short period before wiping away.
